1:1 MENTORSHIP FOR GIRLS
Looking for a community that keeps it real? Our 3-month mentorship program is designed to help you confidently navigate the transition from college to the workforce. We know this transition can be scary, exciting, and all the emotions in between. Whether you're preparing for your first job interview, figuring out how to navigate your first job, or moving to a new city for a job - we're here to help!
Let's be clear: this isn't about pairing you with some mythical mentor who has it all figured out. (Spoiler alert: none of us do!) Instead, we're matching you with another amazing young woman who's navigating life's twists and turns, just like you. Together, you and your peer mentor will swap stories, wisdom, and maybe a few embarrassing moments, create your own mentorship roadmap based on what YOU want to tackle, and support each other in crushing your goals (or figuring out what those goals even are!)

The program runs for 3 months, and you'll chat with your peer mentor twice a month. You'll kick things off with a group call and wrap up with a graduation celebration. Plus, you'll get access meetups with other inspiring women who are just as eager to connect and support each other.

Duration: 3 months
Format: video calls, group work
Time commitment: minimum 2 calls per month
Eligibility: age 18-30, undergoing the transition from college to workforce
Equipment: PC or smartphone
WHO ARE
THE MENTORS
This is a peer mentoring program, which means you will be mentored by a fellow girl participant — and you will be her mentor in return! Besides that, you will have group calls and workshops with our program coordinators.

RECEIVE YOUR ACCEPTANCE NOTICE
We receive way more applications than we can accept to the program. So, processing them takes a while.
We'll let you know via email once we've reviewed your application.

GET STARTED WITH YOUR PEER MENTOR
You'll receive an acceptance email and a matching email where you'll be introduced to your peer mentor. After that, we'll ask you to submit your availability — we'll use that to make up the program schedule. And then, all you'll need to do is check your calendar and join our introductory call!
